Boucla
Boucla is a heavyweight bouclé fabric which, with the addition of viscose, is soft and pleasant to the touch. The bouclé fabric has low liquid absorption,
which makes it a perfect upholstery choice because it’s easy to clean.

KVADRAT ATLAS - DESIGNED BY MARGRETHE ODGAARD
Woollen upholstery textile Atlas is designed by Danish designer and colour expert Margrethe Odgaard. It was created to deliver a pioneering melange look
that complements the existing melanges in the Kvadrat collection. This was achieved through a construction that unites two different-coloured yarns –
each of which combines two colours – in the warp and the weft.
With Atlas, unlike other melanges, the colours are not blended in the fibres. Instead, they are expressed, pattern-like, through the structure of the material.
As a result, the textile offers exceptional colour intensity and intricate colour details. Atlas carries the EU Ecolabel and is Greenguard-certified.

KVADRAT RE-WOOL - DESIGNED BY MARGRETHE ODGAARD
Crafted using 45% recycled wool, Re-wool is a rich upholstery textile with a sustainable profile. The textile is partly made by reusing scraps from Kvadrat’s
yarn spinners in the UK. It was created by Danish designer and colour expert Margrethe Odgaard.
Reminiscent of colourful stitchings on a darker background, Re-wool features exceptional depth of colour, creating a dynamic play on the textile’s surface
when applied to furniture. Re-wool carries the EU Ecolabel and is Greenguard-certified.

A matt melange bouclé with an elegant sheen, Ecriture upholsters beautifully with an organic rich texture and a cosy comfortable feel. Made with a dobby
loom, the fabric combines shiny, matt and chenille yarns to create a surface reminiscent of grains of rice with speckles from the shiny warp yarn. Ecriture
has the Greenguard certification.

DESIGNED BY FANNY ARONSEN / RAF SIMONS
Originally designed by Swedish textile designer Fanny Aronsen, Vidar 4 has been re-coloured by Belgian fashion designer Raf Simons. The gentle satin surface finish of the weave contrasts with the deep shadowy tones in the depths, adding a multifaceted richness to the intense colours in the range.
Tightly woven, without the irregularities of the other bouclé fabrics within this collection, Vidar 4 has an inviting texture, which variously recalls blackberries, orange peel, or the comforting close-knit texture of a favourite sweater. Vidar 4 has the Greenguard certification.
The new furniture collection is available in four colours curated by blomus.

Pina
‘PINAPina is a flat-woven upholstery fabric made from twisted polyester and polyacrylic yarns. The so-called bouclé yarns, in which loose loops are initially formed around a core yarn, not only look beautiful, but are also ideal for any type of upholstered furniture. Pina is available in both a tonal look and a soft two-tone colour. The blomus selection includes seven carefully selected colours.’

kvadrat Sahco/Moss
The second design by Vincent van Duysen and Anna Vilhelmine Ebbesen is the distinctive upholstery fabric Moss. The mixture of twisted yarn and chenille gives the fabric surface a textured structure with an appearance of movement, and also creates a soft handle which adds a special dimension to the furniture it covers. The twenty-two colourways are either one- or two-tone combinations inspired by Vincent van Duysen’s own home and range from cool cement and soft blue to oily green, curry yellow and the shades of natural wood.
